1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and KK918 (hereinafter referred to as "KK918", "we", "us", or "the Platform") with respect to your access to and use of the KK918 online gaming platform, accessible at kk918.cam, including all related subdomains, applications, services, and features (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Services").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the KK918 platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

KK918 operates under international gaming licensing and is intended for use by adults aged 21 and above only. The Platform is not designed for, and does not market to, minors. KK918 expressly prohibits access by individuals who are under the applicable minimum legal age in their jurisdiction.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the KK918 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. KK918 enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gaming and sports betting activities, consistent with the standards applied by internationally licensed operators.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register, including any self-exclusion tool operated by KK918 or any related gaming platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of an employee of KK918 or any affiliated company.

KK918 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4Account Registration & Security

To register an account on the KK918 Platform, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information as requested in the registration form. The information you provide must match the details on your valid government-issued identity document. You are prohibited from using pseudonyms, aliases, or incomplete personal information during registration.

Each individual User is strictly permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the KK918 Platform at any given time. The creation, maintenance, or use of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited, regardless of the email address, device, or IP address used. Where duplicate accounts are identified, KK918 reserves the right to close all but the original account, and to void any bonuses or winnings generated through any secondary account.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your KK918 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you. KK918 will never request your password through any communication channel.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. KK918 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to adequately protect their login credentials.

KK918 is required to verify the identity of all Users who request withdrawals. KYC verification typically requires submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence); (b) proof of residential address dated within three months (utility bill or bank statement); and (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

KK918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and Litecoin (LTC). All fiat transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

All deposits are credited to your KK918 account balance promptly upon successful processing by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with most e-wallet methods carrying a minimum of RM 30. KK918 does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of another User. Funds must originate from a payment source registered in the User's own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. Before any withdrawal can be processed, the User's KYC verification must be completed and approved. Withdrawals submitted during standard operating hours are typically processed within the following estimated timeframes: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX bank transfers 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by factors outside KK918's control.

KK918 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with applicable international standards. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual, disproportionate to declared income, or otherwise suspicious. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in temporary account restriction or permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

6Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotional credits, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, cashback, and any other incentive offered by KK918 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion at the time the promotion is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless expressly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. KK918 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough requirements"). Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly — only net winnings generated after the stated playthrough conditions have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
• KK918 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where such modification would materially disadvantage a User who has already committed to the promotion in good faith.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated that they are stackable. Where multiple bonuses are active simultaneously, KK918's standard bonus order of application shall apply.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon confirmation that the referred friend has registered using the referrer's unique code and has successfully completed a qualifying first deposit.
• Birthday bonuses are credited based on the date of birth provided during registration. KK918 reserves the right to request documentary proof of date of birth prior to crediting a birthday bonus.

7Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the KK918 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer table games, sports betting markets, live football betting, lottery, and poker — are subject to the individual game rules published on the Platform. By placing a wager, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in force at the time the wager is placed.

The outcome of all games is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently tested and verified for fairness. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the natural results of the live dealing process, which is conducted by professionally trained dealers under controlled conditions.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault during a game round, KK918 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all associated wagers to the relevant Users' balances. KK918 shall not be liable for any winnings arising from a game round that is subsequently voided due to a technical error.

All sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other sporting events — are subject to KK918's Sports Betting Rules, available as a separate document on the Platform. Odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and are subject to additional verification procedures.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the KK918 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly permitted by KK918.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for personal financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other activity that is criminal or fraudulent in nature.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory through the use of a VPN, proxy, or any other means of location obfuscation.
• Harassing, threatening, or verbally abusing KK918 staff or other Players.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any KK918 software.

9Intellectual Property

All content available on the KK918 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interfaces, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of KK918 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. No content or software from the KK918 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, transmitted, modified, or adapted in any form or by any means without the prior written consent of KK918.

The KK918 brand name, logo, and domain name are registered trademarks of KK918. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KK918 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the KK918 Platform, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

KK918's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your KK918 account in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

KK918 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Access to the Platform may occasionally be interrupted for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond KK918's reasonable control.

Gambling involves financial risk. KK918 does not guarantee winnings. You acknowledge that you participate in gaming activities entirely at your own risk, and that KK918 has no obligation to compensate you for gambling losses except as expressly required by these Terms or applicable law.

11Suspension & Termination

KK918 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where KK918 reasonably suspects or determines that: the User has breached these Terms; the User has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct; the User's account has been accessed without authorisation; or suspension is required for regulatory compliance or to protect the integrity of the Platform.

You may request closure of your KK918 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to account closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or forfeited. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method.

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by KK918 — all licences granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of termination will be forfeited. KK918's rights with respect to investigation of prior conduct, recovery of damages, and enforcement of these Terms shall survive termination.

12Responsible Gambling

The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KK918 holds its gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and KK918 arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as determined by KK918.

Notwithstanding the above, KK918 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm, including in connection with alleged intellectual property infringement or fraudulent conduct.

14Amendments to These Terms

KK918 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required immediately by applicable law or regulatory requirement.

Your continued use of the KK918 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure as described in Section 11.2.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the KK918 Platform at kk918.cam/terms-conditions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.
